Family Yoga with Siobhan Power

Siobhan radiates passion and enthusiasm for teaching yoga to the next generation. Her family yoga classes connect parent and child in an endlessly inspiring, imaginative and enriching class.
Yoga is physically, mentally and emotionally beneficial for the whole family, helping children, teens and grown ups put aside worries, schedules and conflict and find happiness, together in the moment.
Family Yoga is designed to develop strength, balance and flexibility in all ages and abilities. It encourages physical interaction, trust and bonding between parents, children and siblings in a calm, creative space.
Classes can focus on mindfulness, energetic and trust games, nature themes, acrobatics or restorative yoga with music and visualisations.
Suitable for children aged 4 years +
£15 per class (1 adult and 1 child)
If you wish to bring an additional adult or child, there is a surcharge of £7. Please contact us to book any additional spaces.
