MOTHER'S DAY FLOW AND SELF CARE WORKSHOP

LEVELSIX are delighted to be offering a special Mother’s Day workshop to their online community of supermums! No matter where you are based, or how old (or young) your child is, all mothers are very welcome to join from the comfort of their own homes.

This special workshop will start with a 1hr yoga practice hosted by Kate Francis (@stretchyyoga) who is a qualified yoga teacher specialising in Postnatal yoga, Pregnancy yoga, Vinyasa (all levels) and yoga for the menopause. As such this class will be accessible to ALL levels, whether you are new to yoga or more experienced, or even if you are pregnant (over 13wks), postnatal (8wks+), or if you have a much older baby or a child of ANY age - Kate can adapt this special one-off class to your needs accordingly.

This class will offer all mothers a chance to connect with their breath, to move their bodies in a safe and mindful way and to have a well-earned break from the day to day demands of parenting. The class will also include a 10-minute blissful relaxation.

After Kate's yoga class we will flow into a golden self-care moment with expert massage therapist Lisa de Liema.

As mama's we need to fill our cups and Lisa will give you some tools to grab every moment you can during the day with some straightforward self-massage tips. The techniques will give you lifelong knowledge to stay on top of common aches and pains as well as staying centred when you feel challenged by motherhood.
