Our events and workshops are open to all and always have a theme or focus to inspire you, challenge you and help you deepen your practice. This might include sharing delicious food or being taught by specialist guest teachers, or both. If you have an idea for an event please share it with us and we will see what we can do. WHAT YOU NEED
Wear something comfortable - leggings, tracksuits or shorts with a t-shirt or vest.
You should feel unrestricted by your clothing, with the ability to take
off layers as your body warms up.
