Zinzi trained as a contemporary dancer before finding yoga and massage after an injury. She teaches Vinyasa and Yin and encourages you to listen to your body, fully respecting that each person’s anatomy is unique and individual to them. She firmly believes yoga can be for everyone.
Her classes are upbeat and have a sense of playfulness. She places a strong focus on connecting movement with the breath. Yoga has helped her find peace on and off the mat and she enjoys sharing these benefits to empower others.
