TERMS & CONDITIONS
All classes are advertised on the class timetable on the LEVELSIX website, www.levelsixstudios.co.uk
Founding Memberships, Class Pass packages and Monthly Unlimited Class Passes purchased at LEVELSIX or online are non-refundable and non-extendable. Please see the cancellations section for details on how to cancel an individual class.
The Intro Offer can only be purchased once and is non-refundable and non-extendable. Once activated it runs for 14 consecutive days.
All Class Pass packages, Monthly Unlimited Passes, Founding Memberships and the Introductory Offer activate on the date of your first booked class.
Once you have booked your first class with your Class Pass package, Monthly Unlimited Pass, Founding Membership or Intro Offer, you cannot use your package, pass or offer to book a class on an earlier date. You can only use the package, pass or offer to book classes on dates that take place after the first booked class.
ONLINE CLASS BOOKINGS:
Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
You can purchase individual classes with any debit or credit card.
Classes will automatically be deducted from any class pass or package you have purchased.
To avoid disappointment, we advise that you book your class in advance. If a class is fully booked, you can choose to join the waiting list. There are set studio capacities which we cannot exceed.
If you are on the waiting list and a space becomes available you will receive an email notifying you that you have been added to the class. This e-mail is automated and could reach you at any time.
If you are on the waiting list for a class, please ensure you check your email account regularly in the time leading up to the class.
If the system adds you to the class you will be charged for your attendance regardless of whether you actually attend. However, if you receive the notification email less than 1 hour before the class and cannot attend, please email email@example.com to inform us and a refund will be provided.
Early cancellations (up to 3 hours before start of class)
Class bookings can be cancelled up to 3 hours in advance of the start of the class through the online booking system or by telephoning the LEVELSIX reception.
If you paid by class pass, your class will be credited back to your account.
If you paid for a single class your credit or debit card will be refunded.
Late cancellations (within 3 hours of start of class)
Any cancellations made within 3 hours of the class start time will not be credited back to your pass or refunded.
If LEVELSIX cancel a class on the timetable, the class will be credited back to your account if you paid by class pass or refunded to your credit or debit card if you paid for a single class.
There are two Direct Debit options at LEVELSIX - the Founding Membership and Monthly Unlimited Class Pass (Direct Debit option)
The Founding Membership is a 12 month commitment and is non-refundable and non-extendable.
The Monthly Unlimited Class Pass (Direct Debit option) can be terminated at any time. If you wish to cancel, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 days before the end of the month.
WORKSHOP AND COURSE BOOKINGS:
We only provide a refund (minus 10% + VAT admin fee) for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date of the workshop.
For cancellations less than 28 days before the course or workshop there will be no refunds or transfers unless
a workshop is full and your place can be filled from a waiting list OR
you are sick/injured/pregnant and can provide a doctor’s note
In these cases we will refund the fee, minus a 20% + VAT admin fee.
You agree to these terms and conditions upon booking a course or workshop
If a course or workshop is cancelled you will be offered either a refund via the original payment method or the option of being transferred to an alternative event at LEVELSIX.
Once you have committed to a course or workshop, we recommend that you attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of the programme.
Treatment bookings and cancellations are not administered or managed by LEVELSIX.
The details shown on the treatment email booking confirmation and appointment reminder sent by the therapist show the date and time of your appointment.
You must cancel any treatment booking directly with the therapist.
All therapists who provide treatments at LEVELSIX have their own cancellation policy. You need to discuss the cancellation policy directly with the therapist you have booked your treatment with.
We provide yoga, Pilates, movement classes and workshops taught by a selection of the best independent teachers in London. We also provide the space for independent therapists to provide treatment.
Payments for all yoga, Pilates, movement classes and workshops are accepted by LEVELSIX on behalf of the teacher.
Payments for all treatments are accepted by the individual therapist only.
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time to give you sufficient time to sign in and get ready.
If you have not signed in by the time the class starts, you risk your space being opened up to allow drop-ins. This will be treated as a late cancellation and your class will not be credited or refunded to your account.
If the class is not full and you are more than 5 minutes late you may not be admitted into the class because you will have missed valuable warm up exercises and/or it will cause disruption to the class. This is at the discretion of the class teacher and the LEVELSIX team. If you are not admitted this will be treated as a late cancellation and your class will not be credited or refunded to your account.
In the studio
All mats and props are provided in both studios. Please clean your mat at the end of the class with one of the cloths provided so it is clean and in good condition for the next person.
All LEVELSIX visitors are responsible for their own belongings. There are lockers provided for valuables and plenty of storage for shoes, coats and other items. If you leave an item at the studio it will stored in the LEVELSIX lost property box for safekeeping for 1 month. After this time, it will be taken to a local charity shop.
LEVELSIX is committed to providing the highest levels of care to our students and teachers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with our service, please let us know as soon as possible. This will help us continually improve our services.
