TRAIN TO BE A YOGA TEACHER

LEVELSIX is pleased to announce the first yoga teacher training with a set of wonderful teachers and a supportive environment to learn, create and study yoga at a deeper level.

An expert led programme based on the fundamentals of ashtanga vinyasa yoga which is paired with yoga for the community; restorative and yoga therapy.

The teacher training is a 250 hour course which fully certifies teachers to work across a variety of markets, from group yoga sessions at studios, or in the workplace, to individual yoga interventions. There will be a focus on leading community yoga which incorporates the art of teaching yoga nidra, restorative yoga and yoga as a therapy.

MORE ABOUT THE COURSE

We take a warm hearted approach to ensure all our trainee teachers feel supported and engaged by LEVELSIX during their training and beyond. The spirit of the course will see students be carefully mentored by LEVELSIX staff. Students will enjoy half price classes during their training to fully immerse in the practice of yoga and completing a required amount of practice hours for the course. Our ethos is about providing students with a considered, thoughtful and interesting yoga practice which is something we encourage our trainee teachers to foster.

The training will capture community at its heart. A programme that nurtures students so they can become sufficient and capable teachers through various pathways alongside everyday flow yoga sessions – be it with yoga studios, yoga therapists or out in the community.

The course opens with an eight day foundational yoga teacher training in Portugal, followed by a set of eight weekends in Peckham which happen between May to July.
