Though style, pace and intensity may vary, the practice always encourages meditation through movement. MEDITATION & STUDIO WELCOME CEREMONY WITH PUJA : Claire Missingham : 1st Jan

Join Claire Missingham for a New Years Day welcome ceremony. The workshop style class includes a puja ceremony to open the studio, with mediation and sankalpa (intention setting) for the year ahead.
