Izzie's love of yoga started several years ago and after completing her training at Yoga London she has been teaching in studios and corporates in Central and South London.
Izzie's classes are a reflection of her spirit. She takes inspiration from mandala yoga, power, traditional vinyasa and yin, specialising in creative movement which is mindful yet dynamic. After experiencing the power of yoga herself, Izzie is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with others, helping students realise the potential of their bodies through breath and movement.
Izzie's class style is creative and strong with an emphasis on breath and good alignment. Expect some core work through balances, inversions and playful transitions. Izzie is playful with movement but always grounds her classes with yoga philosophy or an anatomic theme. She offers challenging options for intermediate practitioners as well as variations for beginners.
