Sunita fell in love with yoga as soon as she stepped on her mat and hasn’t looked back - unless doing a backbend. She completed a 200 hour Hatha Yoga training with yogahaven and a 300 hour Vinyasa training with Sampoona Yoga in India.
Sunita encourages students to move mindfully, to focus on their breath and to simply enjoy the magic of yoga on the four corners of the mat, to nourish not punish their body.
“I want people to feel they can move to the best of their ability and enjoy their time on the mat. Sometimes it gets too serious - I just want us to make some shapes and enjoy the ride.”
