Having practised yoga over 20 years, Laurent has found it an inspiring and fun way to stay healthy without losing interest. He uses the classical tools of yoga including breathing exercises (pranayama), bodily and sensory meditation and visualisation techniques (meditation and Yoga Nidra) to bring mind and body together in harmony.

Laurent’s Hatha classes are generally slow paced and for all levels. They teach awareness, self-observation, acceptance and concentration. Through thoughtful and aware practice, students will learn how to hone and master each of these essential skills.
