We can all benefit from having a better understanding of how our bodies work. Whether your goal is to increase performance or to return to a pain-free state, Jimmy Morris will help you to achieve a deeper synergy within your mind body.
Jimmy does this by breaking seemingly complex cases down and explaining them as easy-to- understand concepts which he has spent years assimilating into his practice.
Jimmy studied Sport & Exercise Science and Osteopathic Medicine at undergraduate level, and has taken instructor courses in Pilates and Yin Yoga. He continues to develop his professional competence by attending healthcare courses on a frequent basis.
His career began as a personal trainer in 2005 and as his sport specific experience broadened he started to focus more upon remedial therapies. He reads, eats well and follows a diverse exercise regime. He walks the walk so you can rely upon his genuine advice as a primary healthcare practitioner. He has represented Great Britain at collegiate level sport and treated footballers at Chelsea FC's Stamford Bridge, though he now errs on the side of longevity in health as opposed to elite performance fanatics.
