Join in-house massage therapist Lisa de Liema for a fun, informative and hands-on workshop exploring an introduction to chair massage techniques to help de-stress the people you love.

Lisa will teach you the most important ingredients of giving an amazing massage, through simple techniques and good body mechanics. Be ready to make your partner/friends/family members  feel great!

This workshop involves partner work and is open to everyone. If you are coming on your own, Lisa will ask you to partner up with someone on the day.

The Art of Living Freely with Stewart Heffernan

In Chapter 2 of the Yoga Sutra, Patanjali speaks about the five hindrances to Yoga, known as the Kleshas. These hindrances (or afflictions) result in the fluctuations of the mind.

The paradox of the Kleshas for the yogi is that they are both the cause of worldly experiences, and the primary obstacle of Samadhi (Enlightenment, Self-Realisation).

Through thoughtful inquiry, we can investigate how our yoga practice can free us from the bondage of the Kleshas.

This workshop will include:
- a dynamic Jivamukti asana practice
- a look into different ways we can live with more freedom and less attachment
- a Meditation practice

Open to all levels of ability.

Beautiful Backbends and Handstand Clinic with Celest Pereira

Backbends are either your friend or your enemy and handstands can seem like a long road. Join Celest Pereira to learn intelligent and safe ways of doing a variety of beautiful backbends and figure out the most effective ways to hold a steady handstand from the ground up.

Celest acquired her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2009 from the University of London. This training has led to an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Her yoga practice began 17 years ago and in that time she completed teacher trainings in Hatha, Dharma Mittra and Tripsichore. She is passionate about movement in various forms such as dance, capoeira, rock climbing and kitesurfing. Her YouTube channel has over 23000 subscribers which has enabled her to travel the world teaching for studios, festivals and retreats.

This workshop will educate you in intelligent ways of doing a variety of beautiful backbends that will give you more depth whilst keeping your body safe. It is a great workshop for any level, as the whole workshop is full of options to suit your body at this time.


Handstand Clinic

2.00 - 4.30pm

Handstands can seem like a long road, even more so it your technique isn't right! Celest struggled for years with handstands, so knows how it feels. If you would like to learn handstands but you're finding it hard, then this for you. Celest knows how it feels to keep falling and has worked hard to figure out the most effective way to hold and steady a handstand from the ground up!

Yoga and daal treat with Gupreet

6.30 - 9.30pm

Welcome to a delicious 90 minute flow class with Gurpreet Dosanjh followed by a home made punjabi daal meal (sharing with you a secret family recipe guarded more closely than the colonel's secret spices).

6.30 - 8.00pm - Yoga Flow
8.00 - 9.00pm - Punjabi daal meal

During the class he will guide you through a gentle warm up and then flow through sun salutations. Gurpreet uses his Dance Movement Psychotherapy training to deliver a unique sequence that has a strong focus on developing the awareness of the body, by following the journey of breath. Eventually the sequence will peak with an eyes closed movement meditation, before slowing right down with gentle and slower paced movement, a seated sequence and then, finally, a well deserved savasana.

All set to a modern and eclectic soundtrack that is modern, fun and playful. Diverse music from ambient bollywood to film soundscapes.
