Welcome to a delicious 90 minute flow class with Gurpreet Dosanjh followed by a home made punjabi daal meal (sharing with you a secret family recipe guarded more closely than the colonel's secret spices).
6.30 - 8.00pm - Yoga Flow
8.00 - 9.00pm - Punjabi daal meal
During the class he will guide you through a gentle warm up and then flow through sun salutations. Gurpreet uses his Dance Movement Psychotherapy training to deliver a unique sequence that has a strong focus on developing the awareness of the body, by following the journey of breath. Eventually the sequence will peak with an eyes closed movement meditation, before slowing right down with gentle and slower paced movement, a seated sequence and then, finally, a well deserved savasana.
All set to a modern and eclectic soundtrack that is modern, fun and playful. Diverse music from ambient bollywood to film soundscapes.
