Pelvic Floor and Core Restore
Join Anya Hayes for a Pilates workshop for postnatal rehabilitation. This group session focuses on breathing, alignment and pelvic floor awareness, releasing tension and finding your deep inner strength – suitable if you're suffering from diastasis recti. Find out how to connect to your centre in your day to day activities rather than make time for "pelvic floor exercise". Rebuild your foundations to feel more energised in your mothering day. We'll finish with a short (baby-friendly) guided meditation to leave you relaxed and uplifted. There will also be a Q&A at the end of the session.
