Join Darvina Plante for an introduction to Rocket Yoga – a fun, invigorating and transformational practice.
Rocket Yoga takes its roots from Ashtanga Yoga. It consists of a series of standing, balancing and inverted postures all linked by vinyasas, incorporating basic poses and some playful and challenging arm balance inversions and backbends.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to explore arm balances, inversions and backbends. Darvina will breakdown the fundamentals of the practice, before going on to look further at drills you can do to get you closer to the postures you're working on and handstand drills you can take home and practise.
Set to an upbeat funky playlist, be prepared to sweat and most importantly have fun!
