Finding Balance - A New Year workshop with Sunita Devi
As we get older our lives seem to get busier and busier and finding balance in our everyday life can become a juggling act leaving us feeling uncentered. The practice of yoga helps us find balance and harmony in the body and mind. Often the sense of balance we find on the mat, tends to stay on the mat but how can we start to embody this sense of balance off the mat.
Join Sunita for a 2-hour workshop on “finding your balance” we will flow through a yoga practice to help restore the body and mind followed by a meditation to relax the mind and promote a sense of calm. The second half of the workshop we will take things off the mat Sunita will take you through a personal development tool to explore areas of your life where you are spending your time, areas where you are feeling unfulfilled and areas that you are neglecting and with this information we will set goals in order to increase your overall life balance.
Open to all levels just come with an open heart and an open mind.
