Making Arm Balances Achievable Workshop with Dyl Salamon
Arm balances help to build strength, flexibility, balance, awareness and most of all confidence!
This playful workshop will focus on arm balances and hand balances, starting with the basics and moving into more challenging poses. Dyl Salamon will teach a strong and playful sequence to condition your body and help you understand the mechanics and leverage of arm balances and make these inspiring and fun poses part of your repertoire.
Balancing on your arms does not mean having strong arms and putting all your weight on them, but rather learning to shift your weight, engaging other muscle groups (like your core), and counter-balancing so your arms hold the least amount of weight possible.
Experiment with balance and learn to find the incredible point where you can take flight into an inversion.
This workshop is open to all levels.
