Yoga for Perimenopause - and Beyond
An introductory workshop to explore the symptoms of menopause and their impact on a woman’s body as she journeys through peri menopause and beyond.
This workshop will provide an opportunity to share experiences, connect and discuss hormonal changes and symptoms, followed by a restorative yoga practice. Many women are unaware that frustrating ailments like brain fog, insomnia and anxiety are signs of peri-menopause. Learn which specific postures help to alleviate symptoms and support your mental and physical wellbeing. In this safe supportive space we will also explore the benefits of breath work, mudra, mantra and relaxation. Suitable for beginners and accessible for all.
