Emily is a French and Italian language graduate with an enormous passion for food and music. Having worked in various industries such as journalism, marketing and film production, Emily soon realised that all she wanted to do was cook, helped by living in fantastic gastronomical cities including Paris and Bologna. Most recently living in Bristol, Emily is brand new to London. Wanting to pursue her love of cooking unique, seasonal and nutritious dishes, Emily found the perfect place to do this at the LEVELSIX café and joins as head chef.
