Darvina originally trained as a dancer and discovered yoga 15 years ago. She enjoyed the sense of peace that a steady yoga practise gave her and subsequently trained to become a yoga teacher.

“Having yoga introduced to my life has opened my eyes and heart to have compassion, given me a safe place to come and do the work to help settle my mind, be present and in tune with my breath, body and daily interactions/experiences with sincerity, awareness and a deeper level of consciousness.”


In Darvina’s classes she is passionate about maintaining a strong focus on self exploration, aiming to provide a safe environment that helps students strengthen and better understand the mind, body and soul connection.
