Whether teaching Yin, Mandala or Vinyasa Yoga, Annie teaches from the heart. Using inspirations from her personal practice Annie creates a space for her students to explore and learn.

By focusing on transitions and breath rather than the final pose, students are encouraged to find their own version of the practice. 

You won't necessarily break a sweat in one of Annie's classes but expect to be left feeling calm, grounded and energised.
